Bidvest Foodservice, along with 19 of its supplier partners, is to sponsor this year’s Chaine des Rotisseurs Young Professionals Competition, which supports the development of up and coming chefs and is held in 35 countries.

Bidvest is committed to developing skills within the foodservice industry.

Each country involved hosts events at regional and national level prior to the international final.

The international final will take place at Manchester College on 29 September – the first time it will be held in the UK in the competition’s 40-year history.
